Infrared Sauna in Bozeman
Soothing, restorative full-body heat, in a private, self-guided session. Book it on its own or add it to your massage, acupuncture, or lymphatic roller visit.
Heat that works from the inside out
A traditional sauna heats the air around you. An infrared sauna warms your body directly, which means you get the deep, penetrating warmth at a lower, more comfortable air temperature. Most people who find regular saunas stifling do fine in infrared, and can stay in long enough for the heat to do real work.
Sessions at HIVE are private and self-guided: your own space, your own pace, no class schedule and no strangers on the bench. We’ll show you how everything works the first time, then it’s yours.

What the heat is good for
-

Recovery
Warmth increases circulation to tired and overworked muscles, which is why athletes book sauna time after hard training blocks, and why it pairs so well before a deep tissue massage.
-

Relaxation & sleep
Sustained heat tells your nervous system to stand down. Many patients book the sauna for stress alone, and better sleep is the side effect they mention most.
-

Detoxification & skin
You will sweat, thoroughly, which supports the body's natural elimination and leaves most people's skin noticeably happier.
-

Circulation
The warmth gets blood moving, gently, without a workout.
(As with any heat therapy: if you're pregnant or have a cardiovascular condition, check with your doctor first, and hydrate more than you think you need.)
Better before, better after
Heat on its own is good. Heat as part of your treatment plan is better.
Before massage
Sauna heat warms your muscles first, and deep tissue work goes deeper with less effort.
After acupuncture
A sauna session after acupuncture extends the calm your whole treatment sets in motion.
After the roller
Roll first to get things moving, then let the sauna heat do the rest, passively.
