Debbie spent her first career as a marketing manager opening restaurants across the West Coast, and her second as a personal trainer, before her own stubborn digestive and physical issues put her on an acupuncturist's table. The relief she found there redirected her life. She earned a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College in San Diego. After years in private practice in San Diego, Debbie moved to Montana in February 2021 and fell in love with the place and the people. She took over as Clinical Director of Good Medicine Bozeman in August 2022 and fell in love with the semi-private, sliding-scale style of acupuncture; she decided she would never go back to private practice. Managing Good Medicine and becoming immersed in a treatment-based clinic with massage and other modalities to create flow showed her even more the power of community and continued care for making change in her patients' lives. The impact of consistent treatment and integrated care made her fall in love with the model Good Medicine had created.

When the opportunity to purchase the clinic was presented, she knew that was her next stage in life: to build on an already amazing model and integrate it even more into the community. Community means her patients, the clinic staff, Bozeman, and more. Her work starts with listening, both to what patients say and to what they haven't quite said yet, with particular attention to how emotions show up in the body.
