Semi-private sessions on a sliding scale, with a thorough, private intake before your first treatment ($25 one-time intake fee). Our experienced, licensed acupuncturists provide the same personalized treatment you'd receive in a private room, at a price that makes a consistent care plan possible.

Massage Therapy
Skilled, licensed massage therapists tailor each session to what your body needs that day. Custom massages carry no upcharges for deep tissue/pressure, hot stones, cupping, or essential oils. Specialty sessions, including craniosacral, intraoral, and Table Thai, are there when you're seeking a specific modality, and massage memberships offer discounted rates for consistent care, with extra perks.

Infrared Sauna
Soothing, restorative full-body heat that supports recovery, circulation, detoxification, and relaxation. Book it on its own or add it to an acupuncture, massage, or lymphatic roller session for even more benefit.

Lymphatic Roller
A self-guided lymphatic drainage machine that supports body contouring, lymphatic circulation, muscle recovery, and stress and tension relief. Sessions run 30 or 45 minutes, easy to fit into a busy day.
